IF A STROKE HAS TAKEN PLACE WITHIN THE LAST 3 HOURS THE PATIENT MUST GO TO A&E FOR THROMBOLYSIS

The Stroke Unit provides care and treatment AFTER the first 3 hours following a stroke (the thrombolysis window).

If you suspect someone has suffered a stroke, dial 999.

Following treatment and for urgent admissions, please call us between 8am - 6pm on 020 7806 4075

If outside of these hours please call the Sister in Charge on 020 7806 4000 bleep 08
